MEMORANDUM: HAITI-WE ARE WITH YOU*ESTAMOS CONTIGO
Dear Wyclef, ARC Director, Pres. Obama, and Mr. Lappin: Etc
This oversized 18' X 22' Condolences Postcard titled,
'HAITI-WE ARE WITH YOU*ESTAMOS CONTIGO,'
is a product of federal prisoners in the United States of America coming together for one common cause under 'UNIVERSAL UNITY!'
similar to the line up put together for the song,
'WE ARE THE WORLD' and 'SOMOS EL MUNDO'
produced in English by: Mr. Quincy Jones and in Spanish by: Mr. Emilio Estefan, to raise funds for the Haiti reconstruction....
As expressed to this artist by countless prisoners and staff while in a state of shock/awe, who have traveled the federal system for over 2-3 decades... that this Haiti Condolences Postcard is a unique, exclusive, and a one of a kind 'WORK OF ART FROM A GENIUS' never ever seen, done and/or much less , accomplished in the entire history of the FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS (FBOP) i.e., for the whole world to see and know that prisoners do care about society's plights (home and abroad); to break down the concrete walls between prisoners and society and put up a glass wall....
Now, I, Jaime A. Davidson, Sr. (aka 'GRINGO'), the Original Founder of the Reggaeton Culture and Founder of Prisoners For Change (P4C) & Prisioneros Para Cambio Magazine and Movement, is hereby donating this exclusive and authentic work of art... to my son, Jaime A. Davidson, Jr., President of P4C Magazine, volunteering to help contribute towards the Haiti Reconstruction Relief Efforts.
My son, Jaime, Jr. will be placing this unique work of art
(HAITI'S CONDOLENCES POSTCARD),
in the hands of BET'S 106th & PARK, to hold a worldwide/global
'AUCTION ON E-BAY' starting at $25,000.00 and capped at $1,000.000.00.
This postcard will also be posted on P4C Magazine's website with a built in
'PAY Pal CLICK BOTTON,' to raise additional donations from all of its visitors:
Half of every dollar raised by P4C & Prisioneros Para Cambio Magazine, will go to
-Yele Haiti Relief and the other half will go to the
-American Red Cross-Haiti Relief.
Moreover, P4C is further requesting for a
'NATIONAL MEMORANDUM DIRECTIVE' from the United States President Barack Obama and/or the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Director, Mr. Harley Lappin approving a
'NATIONAL FUNDRAISING DRIVE DAY'
for prisoners, instructing ALL States and Federal Prisons, Institutions, and County Jails nationwide, etc., to hold a fundraiser for Haiti's Reconstruction Efforts on a set date and time.
The fundraising drive would be held for example as follows:
1. Promoted via, numerous television shows and with flyers around ALL prisons the 1st of the month, to be held around the middle to the end of that same month;
2. Lock down the prison for around 30 minutes to an hour and have 'ALL' Education Department Staff and every Unit Team Staff 'CANVAS
THE ENTIRE PRISON,' cell-to-cell/door-to-door i.e., taking every prisoner's name,
prison number, and amount wishing to donate, etc.;
3. The first week of the following month, ALL donations would be DEDUCTED immediately after the whole prison (pay) is posted;
4. Two (2) checks would be cut, one for Yele-Haiti Relief and the other one for the American Red Cross-Haiti Relief, notifying prisoners how much was raised in their prisons with all the funds tracked and documented:
5. Both organizations would give every prison to post up on their bulletins a 'LETTER
RECEIPT' for the amount of funds raised and donated; and
6. The amount of funds raised overall on a national level would be announced on BET'S 106th & PARK and numerous television news programs, etc.
However, as the Original Founder of the Reggaeton Culture and Founder of
P4C & Prisioneros Para Cambio Magazine and Movement, the time has finally come
to teach all the generations starting from this genre of music's inception... through
all the generations to date, the 'TRUE POWER,' they, as Reggaeton artists hold
deep within themselves and soul!
When you 'OPEN' the postcard as first impression, what do you see? Ok!
In closing, something Reggaeton artists and the whole world don't know if ever
asked about and that is,
'WHAT DOES HAITI HAVE TO DO WITH THE BIRTH OF THE REGGAETON CULTURE?'
A lot, I must stress to the whole world for the record.
Haiti's music from their group called, 'TABBOU COMBO' was extremely influential--
so find out how, by reading the COPYRIGHTED... facts from:
1. THE TRUE HISTORY BEHIND THE REGGAETON CULTURE; AND
2. HALF THE STORY THAT HAS NEVER BEEN TOLD.
Therefore, this is also a small seed being planted for the entire GLOBE to see
that 'UNIVERSAL UNITY' does exist...!
The root word for Reggaeton is REGGAE, which means:
The struggle of poor people...;
the dissemination of information via, MUSIC.
In other words, one 'CANNOT!' teach what he/she doesn't know and one
'CANNOT!' teach what he/she has 'NEVER!' personally lived and experienced until
being TAUGHT and fully educated by the original founder....
And, finally, this post card further symbolizes the beginning of a
NEW GLOBAL TREND FOR POSTCARDS COMPANIES, for consumers to express themselves with photos instead of words; where photos speak more than 1,000 WORDS!
Thank you, God bless all of you for assisting P4C VOLUNTEER and join the world
to help Haiti, and God bless AMERICA!!!

BLOG:
PRISONERS FOR CHANGE (P4C): WHY WERE PRISONERS DENIED THE RIGHT (GRANTED TO THEM BY BOP POLICY TO SUPPORT SOCIETY'S PLIGHT), TO CONDUCT A MASSIVE FUNDRAISING DRIVE FOR HAITI?
Dear Friends, supporters, bloggers, and tweeterers:
Enough is enough! We... know why prisoners were denied the right to support Haiti i.e., when/while the whole world had united themselves in solidarity to give Haiti a helping hand.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Director, Mr. Harley Lappin and FCI ALLENWOOD'S Warden, Mr. Ebbert, must be held responsible and accountable... and they must be exposed nationally/internationally for violating their own rules of law and policies. If we, as a people in society worldwide, don't unite with prisoners through thick and thin to break down the prisons' concrete walls to put up a glass wall-- FBOP Executive Staff will always continue to defeat organizers and their organizations.... Let's not sit down and wait (God forbid), for another disaster to happen... to force us to act swift and compel the FBOP Director to right his/their wrong!
They have a saying that goes as follows:
'IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT A COUNTRY,GO INSIDE OF ITS PRISONS!'
Therefore, we need to start highlighting FBOP Executive Staff names, job titles, and faces/photos via, the worldwide web and news media, the same way that CNN's Rick Sanchez does with 'RICK'S LIST;' and, by only holding them responsible in the public's eye (for the whole world to see them, along with their family members, friends, neighbors, and church members, etc.), by requesting a comment regarding their ill-actions towards prisoners, would that then deter them to curb their bad behaviors/acts.
Now, had prisoners been allowed to conduct their own requested MASSIVE FUNDRAISING DRIVE titled:
'HAITI-WE ARE WITH YOU**ESTAMOS CONTIGO,'
via, the Education Department, P4C networking would've raised an easy $3,000.00 plus, by February 5th, 2010, that was pay day for the entire prison population.
And, an approximate $1.5 - $2 Million had the entire FBOP been allowed to do likewise, in the whole United States of America.
So, why should prisoners be compelled to follow the rule of law, when Government
employees are being allowed to violate the law on the books and not be punished!?
As seen in the movie, The Great Debators, one debator stated,
'As Saint Augustine said,
'AN UNJUST LAW, IS NO LAW AT ALL!''
Are they above the law? Please, let me know right now!?
So the million dollar question today is, are we going to stand on the side lines and allow the FBOP Director, Mr. Lappin and FCI Allenwood's Warden, Mr. Ebbert to get away with it? Are their actions denying prisoners the right to hold a fundraising drive for Haiti legally justified and/or considered 'RACIALLY MOTIVATED/DISCRIMINATORY?'
If it's not, then what would you consider the FBOP's denial to be?
If my reasonings to you are not fair, then please help me out to comprehend this whole situation because President Barack Obama called upon
'EVERYONE TO HELP IN AMERICA!;'
he even called upon Presidents: Carter, Clinton, and Bush,Jr., etc., to come on board to help Haiti.
So again, my question to all of you and please respond honestly and ASAP!
'DID PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA 'EXCLUDE PRISONERS FROM SUPPORTING
SOCIETY'S PLIGHT AND FINANCIALLY ASSISTING HAITI!?''
Now, look at this latest Earthquake in Chile and prisoners 'CANNOT' launch a
fundraising drive to stand in SOLIDARITY! with the Chilean people.
Prisoners For Change (P4C) & Prisioneros Para Cambio is seeking your earnest support to
'CHANGE' this unjust policy by signing on to this petition, to compel the Bureau
of Prisons (BOP) Director, Mr. Harley Lappin to 'MODIFY' Program Statement,
P.S. 5381.05 'INMATE ORGANIZATIONS.'
P4C would like Mr. Lappin to specify
in that NEW PROGRAM STATEMENT REVISED EDITION, that whenever a
NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL DISASTER occurs and prisoners wish to hold a fundraising
drive to support that cause, the WARDEN(S) 'SHALL' designate a staff/department
supervisor to conduct and oversee all required procedures for that fundraiser.
And, Mr. Lappin 'MUST' explicitly specify that prisoners 'DO NOT!' need to have an
'INMATE ORGANIZATION' to organize a staff sponsored (of their own choice),
MASS DONATION FUNDRAISING DRIVE for the near future.
Thanks for reading my blog and signing on to my petition, to make a DIFFERENCE
tomorrow!!!
I am always...

Because God Forbid the public ever finds out that inmates are Caring, Compassionate, Concerned Citizens like everyone else.
The powers that be have to keep the "violent criminal myth" alive and well to insire promotions and job security.
In California Criminology students are taught that educating inmates is a waste of time. (the prisoner's Biggest LIE Nevermind the facts)
Never mind the fact ...that’s 80 % of the prisoners are non Violent, who were abused as kids, Family men, school dropouts, and need a helping hand to het out straight.( With women it is even more)
